If a client is receiving unwanted calls or texts, specific numbers can be blocked by the user in the ITC Cloud portal. Even those whose scope is set to Basic User have this capability. Start by opening the user’s Answering Rules. This can be found in the Users icon of the ITC Cloud portal if logged in as an administrator, or the Answering Rules
