1.  Log into portal at https://portal.itccloud.com using <extension number>@domain.com

      2.  Select Phones from home menu

     3.  Click Activate Phone

     4.  Enter the extension of the phone the user is sitting at and click call

     5.  Answer phone and enter voicemail PIN that was set by user then click done from                image above

     6.  Phone is now registered as users phone

     7.  Phone will not display the new extension number
