Set up Feature in the Admin UI
- In the Admin UI of the Core Module navigate to Dial Planning > Dial Translations > [Domain] Dial Translation
- Click the Add button.
- In the Destination field, enter the star code /extension which will be dialed to Enable and Disable the Dial Translation. The format must match the following syntax “sip:<extension>@*”
An example would be “sip:[*]1000@*” - The Days, TOD From and TOD to: fields can be left unchanged.
- In the Application Parameter field, enter the name of the Timeframe to be enabled and disabled. This entry is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as the Timeframe was created.
- In the Destination User Translation field, enter the User name of the User whose Timeframe should be Enabled or disabled. This will likely be the User's extension.
An example would be “1000” - For the Destination Host Translation field, use the drop down to select the Domain of the User.
- The Source Name Translation can remain unchanged.
- In the Source User Translation, re-enter the User name of the Destination User.
- For the Source Host Translation, use the drop down to select the Domain of the User.
- In the Description field, enter a meaningful description which will allow for easy identification and location. The User's extension and/or the Timeframe's name would be likely additions.
